What's Available
Since August, 1999, all document filings in the Real Estate department have been indexed and imaged utilizing the CCLIX-OptIMA© system. Likewise, since June, 1999, Security Agreement filings have also been indexed and imaged. Since then, more than 300,000 document images have been made accessible.
Index records only for all real estate documents lodged since 1993 are also available, while security agreement filings are available back to 1998.
In addition, an archive project will soon be underway to provide
improved document images back to January, 1990. Project status reflecting those documents will be updated
in the table below at that time.
